Our Medical Centre telephone lines are open Monday – Friday during the hours shown above. Unless your call is urgent, please avoid the busiest times – between 08:00 and 11:00 each morning. Please call us for test results, future appointments, non-urgent and routine enquiries between 11:30 and 15:00 each day.

Out of Hours Service

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse outside of surgery hours, advice is available from Surrey’s NHS 111 service. The service runs from 6.30pm on weekdays until 8am the following morning and all day during weekends and bank holidays. If you have an urgent medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, you can contact NHS 111 by dialing 111 from either your landline or mobile. NHS 111 is free to call from both mobiles and landlines.

If you have a minor ailment you could visit your local pharmacy who will be able to provide you with some help or signpost you onto the next available service. Find your local pharmacy.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Enhanced Access / Evening & Weekend appointments

We are now offering more evening and weekend appointments. These are provided in local ‘hubs'(situated in the Derby Medical Centre in the Ebbisham Centre in Epsom or at Leatherhead Hospital).

They are manned by local GPs who have full access to your medical records.
If you are unwell when your doctor’s surgery is closed, you can phone: 01372 738 373.
Please phone from 18:00 to 21:00 on weekdays or from 08:00 to 19:00 Saturday and 9:00 to 12:00 Sunday to book an appointment. You will be seen by a local NHS GP with full access your medical history. There is no charge for using this service.

Appointments are available:

• Monday to Friday 18:30 – 21:10
• Saturday 09:00 – 19:30
• Sunday 09:00 – 12:30

To use the hub service you must be a registered patient with one of our membership practices.
