A message to patients from Dr Eleni Mantzari and Dr Anna Barham

We are delighted to confirm that we have taken on the contract at Molebridge Practice, with the kind assistance of Dr Hilary Floyd, who will be providing some short-term support to oversee the transition.

Many of you will already have met us as we have both been GPs at Molebridge for several years and we are committed to offering high quality, patient-centred care to our local population in the long-term. We would like to thank you for supporting the practice through a difficult time in recent months and we are especially grateful to those of you who took the time to give valuable feedback about your experiences.

It is important for us to address these issues and we are committed to improving access to our services and rebuilding our team so that we can provide an excellent standard of care to you and your family.

We will need to work within the available resources to achieve this but please be reassured that our priority will always be to do our best for our patients and the local community.

We will be working closely with NHS Surrey Heartlands, our Local Medical Committee, Leatherhead Primary Care Network and wider partners and we will also be working alongside our Patient Participation Group, which has a key role to play as we embed the new arrangements.
