A Message From The Molebridge Practice
Recently, we have heard some feedback about recent changes at the practice and some concerns and, as a practice team, we want to reassure our patients and our local community that we remain fully committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and sustainable healthcare services for local people.
To ensure Molebridge is sustainable in the longer term, we are currently reviewing how the practice operates to make sure we are providing care and operating in a way that is as effective as possible. This includes looking at how we can provide the best mix of skills within a multidisciplinary team to best meet patient needs – and this is an area all practices are exploring.
This work is in its early stages and no decisions have been made. As part of next steps, we will be engaging our patients, our Patient Participation Group, partners and wider stakeholders.
We would like to reassure patients that the quality of care our patients receive remains our top priority and our focus is very much on how we can improve and enhance how we provide care, advice and treatment for our patients. Our intention is to be open and honest, and we will share the outcome of this work in due course.
We understand that any change can be worrying but it is important we respond to changing needs, new ways of operating and providing care, for example with new roles now part of our practice team, which we need to embrace – where patients may now see a physiotherapist or nurse, instead of a GP, for example, depending on their issue.
As a practice, we remain committed to providing the highest standards of care and through the work we are undertaking, together, we can strengthen Molebridge Practice for the future, ensuring it remains a vital part of the community.
Thank you for your understanding and we will continue to share updates, including how you can share your feedback.
Yours sincerely,
The Molebridge Practice
